Refund policy

HASSAL-FREE RETURNS

You can return your item within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. 

Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed.

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.

We will only reimburse the return shipping in the event that a wrong item was sent to the recipient.
